Privacy policy
What data we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it, and how you stay in control of it.
Who is responsible for your data
LES COMMUNI’CAEN, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under number 978 416 048 with the Caen Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is at 8 rue des Compagnons, 14000 Caen, France, and which operates the Impulsio brand. Contact: contact@impulsio-lcc.com.
This policy covers the impulsio-lcc.com website. It does not cover the Impulsio application (lcc-impulsio.com), reached through the “Log in” link.
The data we collect
When you fill in the contact form
Your surname, first name, email address, phone number if you give it, the subject of your request and your message, as well as the language and the page you are writing from. This information is sent to us by the Web3Forms service, and we reply from our own mailbox. The form includes an invisible field designed to keep robots out, which does not concern visitors.
When you book a meeting
Booking goes through Cal.com: name, email address, chosen time slot, and possibly phone number and reason for the meeting. This information is used for the calendar invitation. The module only loads as you approach the booking area, and Cal.com displays it under its own privacy policy.
When you try the Impulsite studio
The settings you make in the Impulsite studio on the home page (texts, colours, imported images) stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
When you browse
If you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit, Google Analytics measures traffic on the website: pages viewed, referring website, type of device, length of visits. Until you have answered, or if you refuse, nothing is stored or sent. Details are given below, in the “Cookies and trackers” section.
No advertising, no embedded social network buttons. Fonts and animation libraries are hosted on our own server: apart from sending the form, booking a meeting and audience measurement if you accept it, your browser does not contact any third-party service.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up an incoming business enquiry.
- To arrange a meeting: carrying out your request.
- To measure traffic on the website: your consent, given in the banner and which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 10 years to meet accounting obligations.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), if you accept them: 13 months at most. Your answer to the banner, acceptance or refusal: 6 months.
- Other information kept by your browser: until you delete it, or until you close the tab for the welcome screen.
Who has access to it
Your data is processed by the partners and employees of LES COMMUNI’CAEN. It is never sold or transferred. We use the following service providers, who act on our instructions:
- O2Switch SAS, website hosting, France (Clermont-Ferrand).
- Cal.com, Inc., online booking, European Union and United States.
- Web3Forms, delivery of contact form messages, European Union.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), measurement of traffic on the website, only after your consent, European Union and United States.
Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, for Google, by its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses only one tool that sets cookies: Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic. It is loaded only after your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit, and never before. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and your answer is kept for six months before you are asked again.
- _ga and _ga_MYVSC7DYSK: Google Analytics cookies, set by this website on behalf of Google Ireland Limited, which tell visits apart without identifying the person. Duration: 13 months. The IP address is anonymised, Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off, and we enable no advertising feature.
Without any consent being needed, your browser also keeps locally, without ever sending them to us, your answer to the banner and three practical pieces of information:
- The contact form draft (local storage): if sending fails, your message is kept so you do not have to type it again. It is deleted as soon as the message is sent.
- Your Impulsite studio settings on the home page (local storage): you find your creation again on your next visit.
- Whether you have seen the welcome screen (session storage): the loading screen is shorter on the following pages. This information disappears when you close the tab.
This information disappears when you clear the site data in your browser.
You can change your mind at any time: the button below, like the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page, brings the banner back. Refusing after accepting deletes the cookies already set.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@impulsio-lcc.com: we reply within one month, and in practice much sooner. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the French data protection authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France, or at cnil.fr.
Security
The website is static: it exposes no database and no administration interface. Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS), access to our tools is protected by two-factor authentication, and contact data only goes to the service providers listed above.
Updates
This policy may change along with the website. The version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
